I wanted something simple and back to my basics. Using Adobe Illustrator, I designed a simple wiggle puzzle, a children’s game. With that, came the Dino Puzzle!

The Laser Cut Parts

I used Protoworks XTool long-bed laser to cut these out.

Final Put Together Part

Hand-painted, these guys sure are happy! Then I used Gorilla Wood Glue to secure the template to the backer.

Overall

As a whole I am happy with this project.

Watching my Niece, Arizona, play with it; I wish some corners weren’t as sharp and they had extra wiggle room.

Right now it is a more advanced puzzle… 10+ But Zona (7) is slowly learning!
